A 2 Day Training on Inventory and Record Keeping
The Center of Business Administration (CBA) held a two day training on “Inventory and Record Keeping” on December 7 and 8, 2020 at Zardozi Organization in Kabul, Afghanistan.
The training initiated with an introduction to Inventory and Record Keeping. During the training, participants learnt about topics such as Record Management, Life Cycle of Records, Various Kinds of Assets, Internal Control System, Asset Control Activities, and Notes for Managers. The training was delivered using methodologies, such as open discussion, case study, self-assessment, brainstorming, clustering, gallery walk, presentations, and lectures.
The training was wrapped up with the conduction of training evaluation by participants, a post assessment, certificates distribution, and group photo.
