I would like to Thank you for incredibly useful and well-organized training. Personally I was really impressed by the trainer and the way he facilitated the training for a group of different people with relatively low education levels and conducted the training in a very satisfactory manner. Not only me but all the participants enjoyed and had the same feedback regarding the training.

Very open, easy-going course, and made me feel at ease, able to practice communicating. Lots of excellent tips and hints. Excellent course to go on.

The Training was very knowledgeable and communicative. The excellent manner in which the training was delivered, the way the trainer developed a connection, mutual trust and respect among the participants made it even more lively and exciting. The tools used for training and later the group works and discussions energized the trainees a lot. Over all great experience, looking forward to more.
