7th HR Training – Organizing for Successful Training & Development

In continuation of the HR training, the Center of Business Administration conducted our 7th HR Training – Organizing for Successful Training and Development on November 30, 2019, at Safi Landmark Hotel, Kabul. This training was consists of four sessions; Identify the scope of training required, Identify the tools needed to conduct a training needs assessment, Preparing a training plan and Preparing a training impact evaluation plan.
