Third HR Training Course – Recruiting for Key Management Positions
Center of Business Administration (CBA) conducted its 3rd HR Training Course “Recruiting for Key Management Positions” on February 29, 2020, at Safi Landmark Hotel, Kabul. The training aimed to teach the process of finding and hiring candidates to fill top-level positions at the company.
The training consisted of 3 sessions, The recruitment compass, Behavioral interviewing techniques, and Decision making in negotiating contracts and benefits. By taking this course participants are expected to be able to develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process, make correct decisions in evaluating the candidates, and learn how to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
