This workshop aimed to ensure that a organization following all the laws and regulations that apply to their financial and legal activities. The workshop consisted of 3 sessions; New IFRS and their impact on financial reporting, legal compliance issues in Afghanistan, and AML/CFT challenges and solutions.

Center of Business Administration (CBA) conducted its 2nd HR Training Course Performing Effective Job Design on February 15, 2020, at Safi Landmark Hotel, Kabul.
The course split into 3 Sessions; job design, job design process, and assigning jobs to achieve the highest level of effectiveness. At the end of this course the participants learnt; the importance and practical benefits of job design concerning the achievement of company objectives, steps of job design, several models of organizational structures, apply knowledge of job design to job organization and employee development. -

Center of Business Administration (CBA) started its first HR Training Course 2020 on the topic of Planning for Human Resources on February 01, 2020, at Safi Landmark Hotel.
The course has 3 sessions: no HR planning, no HRM, the process of HR planning, and HR planning for key management positions. The course aimed to explain the importance of planning of human resources in the overall performance of an organization. During the course, participants have recognized the role of HR planning in building the competitive advantage of the firm, the process of HR planning, and process and tools in HR planning for key management positions. -
