No CommentsCenter of Business Administration (CBA) successfully conducted its 8th HR Training Course on “Retaining Top Employees” on Saturday, October 17th, 2020 at the Safi Landmark Hotel, Kabul, Afghanistan.
The 8th HR Training Course which was about “Retaining Top Employees” included three sessions. The topics discussed the competitive advantage of retaining top employees, who they were and how to retain them in a company. This course was particularly designed for owners and managers of organizations. This training was essential for employers who have consistent problems with high staff turnover – especially of top employees that affect business performance in the market. The training aimed at showing different ways to employees in retaining a competent, energetic, and devoted staff for business goals that is one of biggest challenges of the employers today.

HR Training on Organizing for Successful Training and Development

Center of Business Administration (CBA) conducted its 7th HR Training Course on “Organizing for Successful Training and Development” on Saturday, October10, 2020 at the Safi Landmark Hotel, Kabul, Afghanistan.
The 7th HR Training Course was based on four sessions; each one about, Scope of the Training, Needs Assessment, Preparing a Training Plan and Training Impact Assessment. The training was specifically designed for human resources managers, training and development managers, and business owners who are responsible for the training activities in their companies.

2nd Career Counseling Session

Our second Career Counselling Session took place with over 40 students on Friday, October 10, 2020 at the Center of Business Administration (CBA) in Kabul, Afghanistan.
At the beginning of the session, students took the Career Counseling Survey and the Self-Assessment Test to identify their personality type(s.). Later on, the Aghaz Team Members had a presentation about the outcomes of the Self-Assessment Test.

Two Days Training on Basic Accounting

The Center of Business Administration (CBA) conducted two days training about “Basic Accounting” on October 07 and 08, 2020 at Zardozi Organization, Kabul, Afghanistan.
Day one of the training started with participants’ introduction. Later one, the trainees took a pre-test for the training and they all agreed one some ground rules and expectations for the training. Throughout the day, they learnt about basics concepts of business, accounting and bookkeeping. Participants were taught some accounting vs. bookkeeping topics such as bookkeeping systems transaction, accounting equation, types of financial statements, source documents, preparing balance sheets and income statements.

3 Days Report Writing Training

The Center of Business Administration (CBA) conducted a professional training about “Report Writing” for staff of Hagar International from October 04 to October 06, 2020 at the Safi Landmark Hotel, Kabul, Afghanistan. The session started with a pre-test that was taken by the participants. The training covered the following topics during the three days.
The training was conducted using methods that included facilitation by the training, question and answers sessions, presentation, game, discussion, and simulation.On the first day of the training, the participants learnt that what a report is, why it is important to write/present reports, different types of a report, qualities of good report and the common mistakes in report writing. The trainees also got familiar with the steps of writing a complete report (identifying a problem, data vs. knowledge, data vs. information, and data collection techniques.)

First Session of AGHAZ Mentorship Program

We conducted our first Career Counselling Session with 20 participants on Friday, October 02, 2020 at the Center of Business Administration (CBA) in Kabul, Afghanistan. During the session, the participants took part in the career counseling survey and Self-Assessment Test to identify their personality types. After the assessment, the Aghaz Team Members had a presentation about the Self-Assessment Test to provide further details about its results.
