First HR Professional Training

Center of Business Administration (CBA) started its first HR Training Course 2020 on the topic of Planning for Human Resources on February 01, 2020, at Safi Landmark Hotel.

The course has 3 sessions: no HR planning, no HRM, the process of HR planning, and HR planning for key management positions. The course aimed to explain the importance of planning of human resources in the overall performance of an organization. During the course, participants have recognized the role of HR planning in building the competitive advantage of the firm, the process of HR planning, and process and tools in HR planning for key management positions.
